Medic8 is built for self-onboarding, so most facilities can configure their profile, staff, services and departments without a paid implementation project. If you need specialised assistance such as data migration, complex integrations, local-server deployment, on-site workflow design or custom reporting, we may quote a consultation or implementation fee before that work begins.
Yes. You can move from Starter to Growth to Pro at any time. Your data, your settings, your patient records — everything stays in place. The new features simply become available. Upgrades take effect immediately.
Medic8 includes self-guided onboarding materials and standard remote orientation so your team can get productive quickly. Advanced training, on-site rollout support, custom operating procedures and department-by-department change management can be scoped as paid specialist consultation where needed.
Never. Every Medic8 plan includes unlimited users. Whether you have 5 staff or 500, the price stays the same. We believe every member of your team should have access to the system — not just the people you can afford to license.
We accept mobile money (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money), bank transfer, and cheque. Subscriptions are billed monthly. For annual payments, ask us about discounted rates.
Medic8 is a month-to-month subscription. There is no long-term contract and no lock-in period. We keep your business by being useful, not by trapping you in a contract. Enterprise plans may include service level agreements with defined terms.
You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, your data remains available for export for 90 days. After that, it is securely deleted. We will never hold your data hostage.
