Every new facility gets onboarding training included with their plan. We train your staff remotely via video call, and for Enterprise plans, we come to your facility in person. Ongoing training materials are available inside the system, and our support team is always available on WhatsApp.
Never. Every Medic8 plan includes unlimited users. Whether you have 5 staff or 500, the price stays the same. We believe every member of your team should have access to the system — not just the people you can afford to license.
We accept mobile money (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money), bank transfer, and cheque. Subscriptions are billed monthly. For annual payments, ask us about discounted rates.
Medic8 is a month-to-month subscription. There is no long-term contract and no lock-in period. We keep your business by being useful, not by trapping you in a contract. Enterprise plans may include service level agreements with defined terms.
You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, your data remains available for export for 90 days. After that, it is securely deleted. We will never hold your data hostage.
